Welcome to Quantum Leap Farm, a private Hunter/Jumper facility located in Concord, North Carolina.
Founded in 2026 by Teresa Ulrey-Hetherington, QLF combines thoughtful horsemanship, individualized training, and a warm, safety-first environment to help riders and horses reach their next level. Whether focusing on show preparation, developing young horses, or creating confident, happy partnerships, the team at Quantum Leap Farm are committed to clear communication, steady progress, and a lifelong love of the sport.
OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
At Quantum Leap Farm, our one-on-one training program is designed to develop both horse and rider as a unified partnership. Whether your goal is to step into the show ring with confidence or to build a deeper, more responsive connection with your horse, each session is tailored specifically to you.

TRAINER: PAULA WILLIAMS
Bringing more than 35 years of experience in the equestrian industry and a dedicated focus on hunter/jumpers, Paula offers analytical,
goal-oriented instruction designed to support both horse and rider. Her approach emphasizes building confident, lasting partnerships through effective communication, safety, and classical equitation principles. Whether guiding riders in the show ring or developing everyday horsemanship, she is committed to helping each rider reach their full potential.
HEAD STABLE MANAGER: EDDIE MCKINNAN
Eddie is the backbone of Quantum Leap Farm, having nearly 40 years of experience working with horses. Eddie's careful eye watches over the horses, quick to notice any changes in behavior. Conveying meticulous and attentive care to both horse and facility, Eddie ensures horses' welfare is first and foremost. He is the first to lend a helping hand and always leaves you with a smile.
